Sweet hotel in a vibrant area close enough to Riverwalk, Chicago, restaurants. Not expensive breakfast with huge waffles and excellent omelets, as for instance. Employees were gorgeous and kept the venue fairly clean.

Quiet place, clean, great value. Its location was indeed wonderful and only 5 minutes walk from Wrigley Building. Our room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and a particularly nice view. Everything was good, though a few employees were just terrible.

Many things to mention - beautiful rooms, awesome staff, delicious food. I liked having a personal safe, pay TV and ironing facilities. Stunning location, walking distance to a fancy high - rise mall. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. The pool was great too.

I liked staying in this place, it was AMAZING! The staff was very polite, the room was convenient and cozy. The casual restaurant had awesome food and top notch service. Had cold drinks in the snack bar.

The hotel was fairly clean and staff were all kind. The staff did all they can for an EXCELLENT stay. Breakfast was delicious, with nice variety. Fast check in and late check out. Convenient location to buckingham fountain.

Rooms were updated, staff was so accommodating, breakfast was so amazing! The staff made my stay fantastic. I loved wake-up service available and excellant views. Restaurant in hotel was popular and the pool area was heated.
